• Requests submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date may be eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used.
• Requests submitted after 14 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund, except as required by applicable law.
• A service is considered "substantially used" if you have accessed and used the core features of the product during the refund period.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
• Subscription fees for periods already elapsed.
• Custom development or configuration work that has been completed.
• Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
